I’m a locally based filmmaker and I wanted to let you know that on Wed, October 4th at 8:30 pm a new film I produced, MY COUNTRY, MY COUNTRY is screening at the Museum of Fine Art in Boston.

The award winning documentary film, MY COUNTRY, MY COUNTRY follows the story of Dr. Riyadh, an Iraqi medical doctor, father of six, and Sunni political candidate in Iraq’s January 2005 elections.  As Election Day approaches, MY COUNTRY, MY COUNTRY reveals the agonizing predicament and gradual descent of one man caught in the tragic contradictions of the US occupation of Iraq and its project to implement democracy in the Middle East.
